This role focuses on ensuring product quality and compliance with specifications through visual inspections and adherence to procedures. You will read blueprints, document findings, support SPC, and decide on accept/reject/rework of units.

The position requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance, with 3x12 Friday-Sunday shifts and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain security clearance
• Holds a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proficient in computer use, effective interpersonal skills, concise verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to suggest process improvements
• Must be available for work at our Camden AR site: 3x12 Friday through Sunday, with the expectation of occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections using measuring devices, micrometers, and fixtures.
• Accept, reject, or rework defective units based on inspection criteria.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and inspection instructions.
• Document findings and maintain inspection records.
• Support statistical process control and quality verification activities.
