Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and/or control of video/audio hardware and systems.
• Knowledgeable in high-speed video/audio/data transmission and digital video formats.

Responsibilities

• Measure, test, evaluate, and document product performance to assure compliance.
• Lead the resolution of customer and internal issues regarding product quality.
• Create and implement company policies, procedures, and documentation.
