Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the United States seeks a Senior QA Engineer with automation to join our engineering team. The role blends manual testing with growing automation, focusing on meaningful value rather than automation-for-its-own-sake. You will test complex web apps across UI and API, write and refine test plans, and contribute automated tests (Cypress).

Collaboration with developers in Agile is core. Initial manual work; later automation split ~70/30.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manual QA experience at a senior level.
• Hands-on automation experience for UI or API tests.
• Strong understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and web tech.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Russian/Ukrainian speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• UI and API testing of complex web applications.
• Developing and refining test plans.
• Writing and maintaining automated tests (Cypress).
• Collaborate with developers in an Agile environment.
• Track test cases with JIRA, TestRail, and Qmetry.
• Identify areas to automate manual testing for reliability.
