Job summary

Fujifilm Electronic Materials, U.S.A. in Pueblo, CO seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to execute and improve key QMS processes on-site, driving product quality improvements for strategic customers.

You will work with Manufacturing Process Engineers, Quality Control, and Supplier Quality to identify root causes of material, process, and product shifts. The role requires 6–7 years in QA for semiconductor contexts, strong problem-solving skills, and a Six Sigma mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering, with specialization in Quality Systems and Statistics.
• 6–7 years of experience in QA systems, semiconductor industry preferred.
• Experience as a QA resource for data analysis, problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in design and development of new product introduction.
• Familiar with 5 Whys, Fishbone, Process mapping, CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve key QMS processes on-site to drive improvements in FEUS processes and product quality.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve processes.
• Apply statistics and SPC; interact with customers and manufacturing teams.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Lead/assist Lean, Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, Kaizen, and related tools.
• Create process flows and value stream maps; mentor teams on Lean principles.
