Job summary

FINARTIX Fintech Solutions S.A. is seeking passionate Quality Assurance/Test Engineers to join our IT team on behalf of a major client in the Greek market.

You will design and execute test scenarios for banking-oriented technology solutions and perform both manual and automated testing to improve delivery quality and outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering and 5+ years of testing experience, with strong banking domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience as a testing engineer (automation or manual testing).
• Strong banking industry experience (core banking applications valued).
• Experience documenting test scenarios and executing test cases to verify systems meet requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute testing scenarios/test cases for package applications.
• Perform functional manual testing (SIT & UAT).
• Understand business requirements and design optimized test activities.
• Report test status and document defects; support defect resolution.
• Communicate with client-facing and project teams.
