Qualifications

• Four to eight years of QA experience in a health care or related organization.
• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Expert level scripting/programming language skills.
• Define and mature QA methodologies and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define test strategies, plans, and maintain automation test data.
• Troubleshoot and debug medium-high complexity issues in software.
• Collaborate with IT Leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress and updates.
• Mentor and grow team members; show ownership and pride in solutions.
