Job summary

Livefino is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to lead QA and QC systems in a regulated medical marijuana environment in Florida. The role profiles incident handling, deviations, recalls, investigations of diversion threats, and improvements to SOPs and regulatory documentation.

The QAO will collaborate with security, patient care leadership and compliance teams to ensure strict adherence to state rules and company standards; advanced QA experience is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of QA management experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience with records management, inventory audits, and corrective actions.
• Proficiency with QA systems, documentation and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance and control systems per state regulations and internal standards.
• Manage incidents, complaints, deviations and recalls; investigate diversion threats or reportable incidents.
• Review DOH Office of Compassionate Use regulations and maintain SOPs and operations manuals.
• Lead audits, investigations, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
