Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join an Agile team. You will design and maintain automated test frameworks, build UI automation with Selenium/Playwright, and drive end-to-end REST API validation across enterprise apps.

Qualifications

10+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience.
Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Experience in Agile software development environments.
Strong understanding of SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites.
Build UI automation with Selenium and/or Playwright.
Develop BDD automation using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
Create and execute automated and manual test cases for web apps, APIs, DBs, and batch processes.
Translate requirements into comprehensive test scenarios and plans.
Validate REST APIs through functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Perform database validation and data reconciliation using Oracle SQL.
Execute testing for batch jobs and end-to-end workflows.
Manage defects, results, and release readiness.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and promote quality throughout development.
Use Jira, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related SDLC tools for testing and release activities.
Collaborate with distributed teams and provide testing guidance.
