Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to strengthen test coverage through automation, API testing, and release validation. The work partners with product and engineering teams to improve quality and reduce delivery risk.

The role requires 6+ years of experience and hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, Java/Python/JavaScript, CI/CD, and defect management. This is a full-time remote position with US sponsorship limitations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a related professional role.
• Practical experience with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, test design, Java/Python/JavaScript, API testing, CI/CD, and defect management.
• Professional experience in software quality assurance, testing, or test automation.
• Knowledge of test planning, test design, execution, and defect lifecycle practices.
• Hands-on experience with test tools or frameworks relevant to the role.
• Understanding of web, API, mobile, database, or distributed application behavior as applicable.
• Ability to analyze failures, document evidence, and work with developers on root cause.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and identify test conditions, acceptance criteria, and release risks.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, mobile, or non-functional test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain reusable automated tests or test frameworks where applicable.
• Record defects with reproducible evidence, validate fixes, and communicate test status.
• Work with engineers and product teams to improve coverage, testability, and release confidence.
