Job summary

Artifintech is seeking a senior QA Automation Tester with a strong Python development background to design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for enterprise applications. This role blends hands-on Python development with end-to-end test automation, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering.

You will design and maintain automation frameworks using Python, automate API and UI tests, and integrate tests into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps within an Agile team, driving

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA automation.
• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on with Pytest / unittest / Robot Framework (or similar).
• API testing: REST / Requests / Postman / RestAssured.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test suites using Python
• Build and enhance reusable test automation libraries, utilities, and tools
• Automate API, UI, and backend/data validation testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Perform code reviews and apply development best practices to test code
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps in an Agile environment
• Analyze requirements, create test strategies, and report on quality metrics
• Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution
