Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, Inc. (EPE) is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our software team in Panama City, Panama. You will design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test suites using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python) and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor teammates, analyze results, and contribute to QA strategy while working in a fast-paced, agile environment with hybrid work options. Energy software exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing automated UI and API tests.
• Proficiency with Playwright and modern QA methodologies.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test suites using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript or Python).
• Build modular, reusable automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and cross-browser testing.
• Mentor QA team members on Playwright usage and automation techniques.
