Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA automation experience.
• Strong manual testing fundamentals including test case design and defect management.
• Ability to design, write, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Proficiency with Playwright, TypeScript, and Java.
• Experience API testing and performance testing using k6.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and debugging with DevTools/logs.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and data governance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into comprehensive test cases and robust scripts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and run automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, API, and performance tests.
• Collaborate with software engineers to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Analyze logs, DevTools outputs, and HTTP traces to pinpoint issues for developers.
• Contribute to building enterprise-wide automation frameworks and reusable test components.
