Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years of hands-on automation testing with Java and Selenium.
• Experience building and executing QA strategies for complex enterprise apps.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, planning, defect management & QA best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and QA automation frameworks (BDD-driven UI).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions using Java and Selenium.
• Develop and execute test strategies for web apps and enterprise software.
• Promote QA standards, testing processes and best practices across manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to define quality objectives and release readiness.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
• Analyze results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Track and report quality metrics, testing progress and release risks.
