Job summary

TechWish seeks an experienced Automation Architect to design, develop, and modernize our enterprise automation framework supporting state healthcare eligibility systems. You will drive automation strategy, coding standards, and best practices within a DevOps team.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across disciplines, and ensure scalable, maintainable automation across API, UI, and database testing. Proficiency with Java, Selenium, SQL, and CI/CD is essential.

Qualifications

7+ years designing and executing automated test solutions for large-scale enterprise apps.
5+ years developing automation frameworks with Java and Selenium.
5+ years building reusable framework architectures using OO design.
3+ years integrating automated tests into CI/CD with Jenkins.
5+ years SQL querying and database validation for automated testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and modernize the enterprise automation framework.
Provide technical leadership for automation architecture and practices within the DevOps team.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, DevOps, and QA to define automation strategies.
Design, execute, and maintain automation suites for API, UI, and regression tests.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support automated execution throughout SDLC.
Mentor automation engineers through code reviews, coaching, and knowledge transfer.
Develop SQL queries and perform database validation to support automated testing.
