Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience in enterprise environments.
• Must have Workday testing experience.
• Strong manual testing background (80% manual, 20% automation).
• Experience validating legacy systems and SaaS apps.
• SQL data validation and backend testing experience.
• Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy manual testing across enterprise and compliance applications.
• Support automated testing efforts (20-30% of workload).
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Validate enhancements, defects, and production fixes.
• Support ongoing testing and legacy system requests within PeopleSoft.
• Test Workday, Archer, SaaS, EPM, and other enterprise applications.
• Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and testing gaps proactively.
• Help drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
