Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance Analyst for a contractor assignment within the Commercial Lines Technology Group. You will ensure quality and reliability for Commercial Auto capabilities and enhancements used by customers.

The role focuses on API validation, automated scripts, and collaboration with developers to deliver dependable auto insurance solutions. This is a telecommute contract position with competitive hourly pay and full benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in testing, analyzing, and implementing business system changes or UAT.
• Alternatively 4+ years with a technical training program and QA experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Information Technology with 4+ years QA experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements within an Agile delivery team and develop and execute test scenarios.
• Validate APIs transferring customer data into the Duck Creek quoting platform.
• Perform functional, risk-based, API, and regression testing.
• Maintain automated test scripts and document defects.
• Collaborate with developers and business partners to resolve quality issues.
• Apply strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify risks and advocate for process improvements.
• Support delivery of dependable solutions for Commercial Auto products.
