Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in Colonial Heights, Virginia is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join the Quality Assurance team at our facility, where Trojan condoms and in-wash products are produced.

The role supports the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and assists with document control, change control, investigations and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GDP and cGMP.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and FDA 21 CFR regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP and Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering and improving the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support regulatory compliance and internal quality procedures.
• Analyze quality metrics and identify process improvements.
• Support audits and maintain documentation.
