Essential functions include regression testing of websites, creating test plans, and mentoring team members in automation efforts. A strong background in software testing and quality assurance is essential, along with the ability to shift between automation and manual tasks.

Qualifications

• 5 years of real-world QA experience.
• 3 years of real-world test automation experience.
• Experience coding in Java.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regression testing for existing websites.
• Create end-to-end test plans and execute them.
• Test applications for functionality and performance.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Work with development teams for feedback integration.
