Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer (DevOps, Release Management & Performance Optimization) to drive DevOps transformations and governance for enterprise applications. This full-time role requires strong English communication, 5+ years of large software experience, and proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs.

Familiarity with AWS, Kafka, Snowflake is preferred. You will split time ~60% on DevOps and ~40% on feature development, standard hours across US

Qualifications

  • Must have strong English communication skills and excellent documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with large enterprise software.
  • Proficient in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs.
  • Experience with AWS, Kafka, Snowflake preferred.
  • Experience leading DevOps transformations and establishing release governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead DevOps transformations and release governance within a small-to-medium development organization.
  • Balance hands-on development with technical leadership, process improvement, and release management.
  • Oversee deployment approval workflows and change management processes.
  • Support highly configurable enterprise applications with multiple client implementations.
