About Technology.

Technology at Huge is powered by a global practice of creative technologists - spanning Engineers, QA specialists, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and ML Architects - we look beyond standard patterns to build resilient, enterprise-grade systems. We combine deep engineering rigor with innovation at the edge of agentic AI, modern data stacks, and cloud infrastructure. We don't wait for industry standards to set themselves; we engineer the intelligent systems that turn audacious strategic vision into production-ready reality.

The role.

Huge is looking for a Senior QA Analyst to drive quality and consistency across high-impact digital initiatives, with a heavy focus on frontend engineering, modern design systems, and headless content architecture. The Senior QA Analyst is responsible for establishing rigorous testing standards, bridging the gap between visual design and technical execution, and ensuring seamless digital experiences across multi-stream delivery tracks. This role partners closely with Design, Frontend Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to translate acceptance criteria into robust test suites, ensuring both visual fidelity and functional integrity. The Senior QA Analyst acts as a trusted quality advisor, leveraging automation best practices, component-level inspection, and emerging agentic/AI-driven QA workflows to maintain delivery momentum and deliver flawless digital products.

A successful candidate brings strong technical problem-solving skills, deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript test automation, a sharp eye for design system alignment, and familiarity with headless CMS platforms. This individual operates with confidence in ambiguity and champions quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

What you'll be doing.
  • Act as the primary owner for day-to-day quality checks on both design and code elements, ensuring technical solutions meet high performance, functional, and visual standards.
  • Lead the detailed review of newly designed pages, patterns, and features to ensure strict adherence, parity, and consistency with established design system guidelines and component tokens.
  • Review migrated components and template structures to verify full functional parity, integration integrity, and responsiveness across target breakpoints and viewports.
  • Test content modeling, authoring workflows, and frontend rendering integrated with Contentstack to ensure content structure, API delivery, and presentation layers align with specifications.
  • Explore, adopt, and integrate agentic AI-driven testing workflows and automated evaluation tools into daily testing practices to optimize coverage, speed up regressions, and surface edge cases.
  • Author detailed test plans, write comprehensive test cases, build functional test scripts, and maintain clear bug reports within an Agile delivery structure.
  • Work side by side with Frontend Engineers, UI Designers, and Product Managers to intake designs, clarify acceptance criteria, annotate edge cases, and validate resolved defects.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospective ceremonies, representing QA timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments.
  • Lead bug triage sessions, prioritize issues leveraging structured frameworks, and provide actionable context, logs, and reproduction steps to accelerate developer fixes.
What we'd like to see.
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or Quality Engineer testing modern, complex web applications and digital platforms within Agile environments.
  • Strong hands‑on understanding of Frontend (FE) technologies, modern web architectures, and testing experience using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience validating UI/UX against design systems, component libraries (e.g., Storybook), and tokens, ensuring exact pixel alignment, accessibility standards, and responsive behavior.
  • Practical experience testing within headless CMS ecosystems, specifically Contentstack, verifying published content, schema modeling, and dynamic page assemblies.
  • Hands‑on familiarity or operational experience leveraging agentic workflows, autonomous testing agents, or AI-assisted developer/QA tools to streamline testing lifecycles.
  • Experience working in a client‑facing agency or consulting environment handling multi-track, enterprise-scale client deliverables.
  • Deep expertise in functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive design, and end‑to‑end integration testing, paired with strong familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) checks.
  • Proficiency in modern Agile and test management tooling, particularly Jira, Confluence, and test case repository tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical defects, quality trade‑offs, and risk factors clearly to cross‑functional teams.
  • Advanced English fluency (written and verbal) is required for cross‑team alignment and client‑facing collaboration.

If the selected candidate holds a degree in Engineering or a related profession, they must present their professional license. To verify your degree requires this license, please visit www.copnia.gov.co and https://www.consejoprofesional.org.co/.
