Job summary

NVIDIA in California is seeking a Senior Deep Learning Software Engineer, PyTorch, to design and build PyTorch components that run efficiently on thousands of GPUs and collaborate with NVIDIA's hardware and software teams to advance the AI platform.

You will work with multiple teams across the world and with the PyTorch community to deliver production AI solutions, contribute to large-scale projects, and translate research into robust software used by enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 12+ years of professional experience in deep learning.
• Proficient with C++ programming.
• Strong understanding of systems software and interfaces.
• Demonstrated experience with Thread and Distributed Parallel Programming.
• Demonstrated background developing large software projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build PyTorch components that run efficiently on thousands of GPUs.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA’s hardware and software teams to improve GPU performance in PyTorch.
• Design, build and support production AI solutions used by enterprise customers and partners.
• Work with internal applied researchers to improve their AI tools.
