The role blends hands-on Python development with end-to-end test automation, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering. You will lead automation efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive quality metrics across the SDLC in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in QA automation
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Hands-on with Pytest / unittest / Robot Framework
• API testing: REST / Requests / Postman / RestAssured
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Git, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and testing methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and test suites using Python
• Build and enhance reusable test automation libraries, utilities, and tools
• Automate API, UI, and backend/data validation testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Perform code reviews and apply development best practices to test code
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps in an Agile environment
• Analyze requirements, create test strategies, and report on quality metrics
• Troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution
