In the role you will evaluate code accuracy, validate reasoning, conduct execution testing, annotate performance, and refine backend logic. Pay can reach up to $50/hr with flexible hours and remote work from the USA.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Real world experience as Senior Software Engineer/Developer specializing in Python.
• Ability to solve LeetCode Medium to Hard problems in Python independently.
• Strong understanding of the GIL, decorators, generators, memory management, and asyncio.
• Adherence to modern Pythonic standards (PEP 8, PEP 20).
• Attention to detail for spotting faults and security issues in code.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Python code for functional correctness and best practices.
• Audit AI explanations for complex algorithmic solutions for logical soundness.
• Execute model-generated scripts in appropriate environments to verify performance.
• Annotate model performance and identify inefficient or deprecated methods.
• Provide structured feedback on backend architecture, data pipelines, or API design discussions.
