Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Python Developer for a hybrid contract role (onsite 3 days/week) to design and maintain enterprise-scale document capture and orchestration applications. Located in Plano, TX, with opportunities in Charlotte, NC and Pennington, NJ.

You will drive Python development, ML integrations, OCR-enabled processing, and DevOps practices across Agile teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions for core business processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of Python development experience including ML.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based enterprise applications and services.
• Build and enhance document processing solutions using OCR, ML, and automation.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and orchestration workflows.
