Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and Django.
• Hands-on DevOps and containerization experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience working in start-up environments (VC funding, teams <200 employees).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement backend features and integrations using Python and Django.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
• Conduct performance testing and system optimization.
• Enhance monitoring systems and ensure health of Kubernetes clusters.
• Participate in rotational on-call support for platform reliability.
