Key responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated Python code for correctness, validating reasoning, executing scripts, annotating model performance, and refining backend logic.

Qualifications

• Educational background: a BSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
• Professional Experience: real world experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer specializing in Python.
• Coding proficiency: solve LeetCode Medium to Hard-level problems in Python.
• Deep domain knowledge: understanding of the GIL, decorators, generators, memory management, and async patterns.
• Code quality: clean, modular, readable code following Pythonic standards (PEP 8, PEP 20).
• Attention to detail: spot memory leaks, subtle logic flaws, or security issues in model-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Python code for functional correctness and best practices.
• Validate logic and reasoning of step-by-step AI explanations for algorithms.
• Conduct execution testing of scripts in proper environments.
• Annotate model performance and identify inefficient solutions or deprecated syntax.
• Refine technical logic in backend architecture, data pipelines, or API design discussions.
