Formación

• 10+ years of experience in Python development, preferably within Capital Markets, Equities Trading, or Financial Services environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python development with the ability to build scalable data processing and reporting solutions.
• Experience working with Equities Trading data, market data, transaction data, and trade reporting systems.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data automation, and workflow optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable Python-based data processing, analytics, and reporting solutions for Equities Trading.
• Develop automated reporting, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Trading, Operations, Risk, and Finance to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and data quality across trading and reporting platforms.
• Drive ongoing automation and continuous improvement of data workflows.
