Job summary

Fractal Analytics is seeking a Backend Python Senior Engineer to join our data-to-decision team. You will work with Scrum Masters, Cloud Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, and UI/UX Engineers to build enterprise web applications for Fortune 500 clients.

You will develop and maintain backend services using Python, Django or Flask, integrate REST APIs, and collaborate with data science teams to deploy AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience designing and building backend Python enterprise web apps.
Expert Python (3.4+), Django or Flask, RESTful services experience.
Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development and code documentation.
Version control with GitHub and cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

As a Backend (Python) Senior Engineer, build end-to-end Data to Decision systems.
Develop and maintain backend for Fortune 500 client projects.
Collaborate with data science and engineering to integrate algorithms via REST APIs.
Participate in UAT, diagnose issues, and manage documentation.
Lead team, project management, and effective communication.
Create and maintain documentation for developed processes.
