Qualifications

• 4-5 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) experience.
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis) familiarity.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Develop scalable backend systems using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
