Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional backend development experience with expert-level mastery of Python (3.12+).
• Proven production experience in building complex, distributed systems.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of the AI orchestration layer and build durable workflows.
• Deliver features throughout the complete lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on Python best practices.
