Job summary

INDI Staffing Services in the United States is seeking a Senior Python Developer to architect advanced software for global clients, leading technical initiatives and mentoring rising talent. You will shape data processing and cloud-based solutions, delivering robust Python applications and scalable architectures.

The role requires 5+ years in Python/Django, experience with SQL/NoSQL, microservices, and strong testing/CI/CD discipline, plus solid English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Python and Django development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Microservices and Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID, CLEAN code.
• Experience with automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create automation systems to configure, monitor, and orchestrate data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services that accelerate customer onboarding processes.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and support of data infrastructure with solutions aligned to application needs and growth projections.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Guide junior developers through comprehensive code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
