Qualifications

• Experience building backend APIs using Python/TypeScript.
• Cloud experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Frontend exposure with ReactJS or Angular for client-facing features.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
• Nice to have background in Forward Deployed Engineering and SDD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development of complex software systems from concept to production.
• Set technical direction and ensure delivery quality across stages.
• Split large work into clearly defined components with teammates.
• Mentor teammates during code reviews, pair programming, and discussions.
• Help decide tools, frameworks, and technical directions for projects.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks impacting progress and reliability.
• Serve as a technical contact for colleagues to solve problems.
