Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA), is seeking a Senior Python AI professional to design and implement agentic AI systems for a healthcare services client in Jacksonville, FL.

The role involves on-site visits and a path to full-time employment, with strict security and compliance requirements. The candidate will lead architecture, development, and security integration across enterprise systems, ensuring audits and nonrepudiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years related experience in design, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting technology.
• 5+ years professional Python development experience.
• 3+ years LangGraph framework and agentic AI system design.
• 2+ years building and deploying AI Agents in production environments.
• 2+ years MCP servers/clients experience.
• 2+ years AgentCore or equivalent enterprise AI orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of multi-agent system architecture and agent communication patterns.
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and application security design.
• Experience with enterprise databases and data governance.
• Knowledge of SOC2/HITRUST and CIS/DISA guidelines in development.
