Job summary

The Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance Scientist at Tango Therapeutics leads safety surveillance across programs, ensuring adherence to global regulatory requirements and PV standards while guiding risk assessments.

You will author DSURs, PSURs/PBRERs, RSI, and safety-related sections, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions with a data-driven, proactive safety approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health care field is required.
• Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD, MD, or RN) strongly preferred.
• Strong drug safety and regulatory knowledge, ideally in oncology.
• Experience authoring DSURs, PSURs/PBRERs and RSI sections.
• Demonstrated expertise in global PV regulations and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing safety surveillance for assigned programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive benefit-risk assessment, signal detection, risk management and governance.
• Author safety deliverables: DSURs, PSURs/PBRERs, RSI and ADR in DCSI/CCSI.
• Review clinical trial documents and contribute to protocols and IBs.
• Present safety data to define product risk profiles for decisions.
• Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance Operations to scale the global safety framework.
• Support audits and inspections and maintain knowledge of global PV regulations.
