Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Microsoft Purview Consultant to help clients design and implement Purview capabilities across governance, labeling, retention, and information protection. You will work directly with clients on large-scale transformation efforts across assessment, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical consulting or solution architecture for Purview or data governance.
• 4+ years implementing Purview capabilities: data classification, labeling, eDiscovery, DLP, or compliance reporting.
• 4+ years designing governance or compliance controls across Microsoft environments, with integrations.
• Bachelor's or master's in a relevant field.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assess client data governance and compliance environments and develop recommendations for Purview capabilities (DLP, Compliance Manager, eDiscovery, Information Protection).
• Design and implement Purview solutions to support data classification, labeling, retention, investigation, and governance across enterprise environments.
• Perform health checks, discovery, and remediation for Purview deployments, including audit, privileged access, and policy configuration reviews.
• Support POC, deployment, integration, and post-implementation activities for Purview and adjacent Microsoft security and compliance technologies.
• Advise clients on data governance strategy, lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and operating model improvements to strengthen security posture.
