Lippert is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager to lead strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier management, and supply planning across a multi-site manufacturing organization. You will guide a team of purchasing professionals to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials, components, and services while driving cost reductions and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing purchasing teams.
• Experience sourcing steel, fabricated metal products, industrial commodities, or manufacturing components.
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply planning tools.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and make fact-based decisions.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of purchasing professionals across multiple sites.
• Develop sourcing strategies for steel, fabrication components, weldments and MRO.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and supplier partnerships.
• Manage supply planning parameters, lead times and safety stock levels.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive cost reductions and continuity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance and Quality teams.
• Implement risk mitigation and dual sourcing as needed.
