Up to 25% travel is expected for supplier interaction and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership roles within sourcing, supply chain, or project management.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with stakeholders.
