Geronimo Power, LLC is seeking a Public Relations Manager to lead media relations, craft external messaging, and elevate the company’s brand in the energy sector. You will work cross-functionally to support business development, manage high-profile initiatives, and guide executives on media opportunities.

The role requires strategic thinking, excellent writing, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-channel public relations experience.
• Ability to manage several projects at various stages.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a comprehensive public relations and media strategy.
• Identify and secure proactive earned and paid media opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters and media outlets.
• Draft and manage press materials for internal and external use.
• Prepare executives for interviews and public engagements.
• Monitor media coverage and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support executive thought leadership and op-eds across channels.
• Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and company priorities.
• Oversee agencies and vendors to meet timelines and budget.
