Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Manager of Public Relations 3 to lead a small team and shape communications strategy across paid, earned, shared and owned media. This role can be located in Baltimore, MD; McLean, VA; Huntsville, AL; or Redondo Beach, CA.

You will drive strategic campaigns, develop executive messaging, and mentor staff, with a focus on defense and aerospace communications. A strong track record in media relations and cross‑functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years in communications or a Master’s with 10+ years.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a large, matrixed org.
• Proven ability to develop and activate strategic media campaigns with measurable impact.
