Job summary

Circle PR is seeking a senior PR account executive to lead media outreach for travel and hospitality clients. You will work across the US, UK, Europe and Middle East from our New York base with support for other regions.

Based from Soho Works with offices in London, Dubai, Paris and New York, the role offers perks including complimentary experiences with hotels, restaurants and bars. Salary is based on experience and will reflect your track record.

Qualifications

• Senior PR account executive experience is required.
• Ability to write creatively and imaginatively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Portfolio or examples of work and case studies requested.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
• Strong email communication and writing speed.
• Good understanding of entertainment, hospitality, travel and events industries.
• Established relationships with journalists.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and distributing press releases.
• Sending and managing invitations to media.
• Managing trackers, media lists and reports.
• Negotiating coverage across print, digital, features, roundups and social.
• Collaborate with senior account executives to guide juniors and interns.
• Prepare clippings of secured coverage.
• Create monthly client reports.
• Support with new business pitches.
• Assist with communications plans.

Join our rapidly growing team in the US and work across travel and hospitality clients as well as supporting other regions such as UK, Europe & Middle East.

Offices in London as well as Dubai, Paris & New York.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Drafting and distributing press releases
• Sending and managing invitations to media
• Managing trackers, media lists and reports
• Negotiating forms of coverage for clients (e.g. print, digital, features, roundups, social)
• Work alongside other senior account executives to manage account executives and interns.
• Clippings of secured coverage
• Creating reports for clients at the end of the month
• Supporting with new business pitches
• Assisting with communications plans

Candidates must have:

• Ability to write creatively and imaginatively
• Independence and ability to have initiative
• The ability to work to a deadline
• Previous examples of work and case studies
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
• Fast and competent on emails, writing etc.
• Good sense and understanding on the entertainment and hospitality industries
• Interest in hospitality, travel & events
• Relationships/contacts with journalists
