Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transactions.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence with precision.
• Assist/manage complex securities transactions from inception to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals to develop strategies.
• Attend client meetings and negotiations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
