Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in the delivery of community social services, including at least two years of direct program management and supervision of professional staff.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social Work, Business or Public Administration; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for a workforce of 400+ full-time employees.
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate delivery of publicly funded programs (CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, General Assistance, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and performance standards; lead continuous improvement and equitable service delivery.
