Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed or certified to independently practice social work at advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical psychosocial and case management services to Veterans and family members.
• Develop psychosocial treatment plans in coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
• Interact with Veterans, families, community agencies, and other staff to coordinate care.
