Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology required.
• License/Certification: Licensed Psychologist Advisor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience treating children, adolescents and families in home, community or school settings; experience in biopsychological evaluations, diagnoses, and cross-disciplinary collaboration; at least 5 years in consultation, supervision, and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Performs reviews for community-based and/or children and family services in alignment with NCQA and state regulatory requirements.
• Engages with providers and stakeholders on placement, treatment response, coordination of care, and quality concerns.
• Participates in quality reviews for member complaints, grievances, and agency reviews.
• Represents medical affairs in clinical and administrative meetings.
• Participates in training and education with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reviews cases from multiple sites for medical necessity and performs peer review.
