Rivendell Behavioral Health Hospital in Bowling Green, KY seeks a Registered Nurse (DON) to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care across the patient treatment program. You will direct staffing, lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to deliver safe, compassionate psychiatric care.

The position requires strong leadership, budget awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Competenze

• RN licensure in the state where practice occurs.
• Minimum five years of RN experience, with at least two years in psychiatric nursing.
• One year of nursing management experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication, delegation and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate staffing schedules, assignments and resources for efficient patient care.
• Provide direct nursing care per accepted standards and guide treatment plan development.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives and participate in hospital committees and leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies, and manage performance evaluations.
• Oversee orientation, training and professional development for unit staff.
• Act as DON in the Director of Nursing's absence and support incident reporting and safety programs.
