Job summary

Oceaneering is seeking a Sr. Provisioning Analyst to deliver acquisition and sustainment logistics support across the system lifecycle.

You will develop and maintain provisioning data and technical documentation in line with DoD and commercial standards. This hybrid role requires travel to the Hanover, Maryland site and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely provisioning and lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply support.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Proficient with LMI databases such as RTX Eagle and Deltek Costpoint.
• Able to read 3D/2D engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Knowledge of supply support processes.
• Experience with equipment/parts identification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provisioning decisions support initial delivery and lifecycle demands.
• Gather, analyze data for logistics publications, support equipment, spares, provisioning, and maintenance.
• Assist in establishing stocking requirements.
• Enter parts data into LMI databases and maintain them.
• Participate in provisioning conferences and manual verifications.
• Analyze engineering source data to identify spare and repair parts.
• Determine range and quantity of required support items.
