Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an experienced professional to assist practitioners with claims, pricing, coding, contract and provider service issues. You will partner with internal departments to evaluate and resolve provider, contract, and operational concerns.

The role also supports provider network administration activities, handles more complex issues, and may assist with training and mentoring staff. This is a Flex position requiring 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years managed care operations experience (or 6 years relevant experience).
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience maintaining provider policies, procedures and communications with high accuracy.

Job Summary

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years managed care operations experience handling independent work, or 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience facilitating virtual meetings, presentations, and educational sessions.
• Experience reviewing and maintaining provider policies, procedures, communications, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy and diligence.
• Proven organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Experience supporting provider network operations, including provider data maintenance and contract updates.
• Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking operational trends.
• Experience resolving provider inquiries and coordinating issue resolution across teams.
• Experience supporting provider recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention efforts.

Base Pay Range

$41,700.00 - $92,800.00
