Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Protocol Analyst to work directly with signals analysis, focusing on communications signals, protocol analysis, and network security evaluation. The Level 4 role includes digging into hex data, interpretation of large data sets, and supporting advanced analytics for defense objectives.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in signals analysis and protocol analysis, with a security clearance and the ability to analyze complex network data.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 13 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 11 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Doctoral degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• HS diploma or GED with 15 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed one of the following military training courses: 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis) or who has participated in or graduated from the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP).
• Bachelor's Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or related technical field.
• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis, including protocol analysis, and preferably related to communication signals, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.
• Strong understanding of telecom-based network analysis, especially the network layer.
• Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Analyze signals and protocol data from communications signals.
• Assist with network troubleshooting, traffic characterization, and security analysis.
• Support mission-critical cybersecurity analytics and defense efforts.
