• Supervise legal support staff, including secretaries and analysts.
• Personally perform complex, sensitive legal work in state and federal courts.
• Facilitate interactions with investigators and staff within DMFEA.
• Engage with public stakeholders and agency partners on DMFEA matters.
• Assess legislative measures and policy proposals relevant to the division.
• Handle general administrative tasks and contribute to staff selection.
• Provide training for legal and investigative staff; evaluate performance.
