Qualifications

Licensed attorney with active California Bar license.

Responsibilities

Prosecute adult and juvenile offenders for criminal offenses.
Evaluate law enforcement reports and documents.
Prepare and file briefs and memoranda; conduct trials and post-trial proceedings.
Assist in search warrant preparation and appeals where applicable.
